The mission of Pathways Adult Day Health Center is committed to provide a supportive, therapeutic and social environment designed to offer opportunities for adults with challenges.

Our center strives to do three things:

• keep challenged adults independent and living within the community
• reduce the overall cost of long-term care by offering an affordable alternative
• keep family units intact
