Weyrans Free Medical Clinic Endowment Fund
The Iowa City Free Medical Clinic / Dick Parrott Free Dental Clinic is a private nonprofit corporation, providing health care to under-served persons living in Johnson County.
Our organizing principles of practice are:
- Eliminate barriers of health care by offering services without cost
- Offer services in a non-hierarchical environment that is nonjudgmental, confidential and informal
- Encourage the participation of patients in their own care
- Serve as an advocate for under-served persons living in the community
Services offered include work physicals, HIV/STI testing, treatment for acute and chronic illness, dental, gynecology and physical therapy.
